Blockages/Water Jetting. We are equipped to deal with blocked toilets, sinks, baths, gullies, manholes, sewers, gutters, stacks and drains. We can also remove stubborn scale build up, roots and concrete from your drains.
CCTV Drain Surveys. Using our comprehensive range of CCTV surveying equipment, we can survey pipe sizes from 50mm to 1000mm diameter and produce a clear picture of the problems affecting your drainage, pipes and vents. All survey reports include a DVD, photos, a plan and a detailed report highlighting any structural, constructional or service defects which may be found.
Remedial Excavations. We carry out repairs to replace collapsed, badly deformed and dropped pipework as well as replacing defective gullies, dangerous manholes, failed soakaways and repairs to burst water mains. Burst Pipes/Water Main Repairs/installations. Our blue card trained teams can quickly attend and repair burst mains/pipes, or we can program new water main installations, all conforming with National Water Hygiene standards.
Drain Relining. A resin lining or epoxy patch can be installed in a defective pipe to form a new drain or repair inside the old one. These “no dig” methods can be carried out in a fraction of the time it takes to excavate and without the mess and inconvenience associated with conventional digging.#
Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM). We can produce a bespoke maintenance plan for all your gutters, drainage, pumps, OWI’s, wet wells and water booster sets. This helps prevent the occurrence of failure and cuts down the need for costly unplanned reactive maintenance, possible flooding events and potential insurance claims.
New installations. Whether you’re undertaking a new build project, or the drains in your current property are past their sell-by date, we are experienced in installing new drainage systems for you.
Specialist Mechanical Cleaning.
With our extensive range of electro-mechanical cleaning equipment we are equipped to clean pipes from 32mm to 225mm, these pipes are typically cleaned from internal access points and these “dry cleaning” methods eliminate the potential risk of flooding to property.
With the introduction of our new Picote Maxi Miller machine and range of cutting/grinding heads, we can remove the most stubborn obstructions with ease.
Drainage Maintenance
Sky Vac/Gutter Clearance. We can remove leaves and debris from gutters up to four floors without the need for ladders or access platforms using our Sky Vac System.
M & E works. We can carry out planned maintenance of building assets such as foul & surface water pumps and water booster sets. Attending on a quarterly, Bi-annual or annual service visit depending on make, model and requirements of the individual asset. We also attend on a reactive basis in the event of a failure.
Vacuum Tankers. We can empty gullies, wet wells, foul and surface water pump stations, oil/water interceptors, tanks and surcharged drainage systems. Tankers are also used in conjunction with M&E servicing.
Building Maintenance and Repairs.
We have experienced multi-traders who are skilled and equipped to carry out plastering, brickwork, carpentry, roofing, flooring, tiling and decorating. These works can be carried out in conjunction with a drain or pipe repair or as stand-alone items.
